If you don’t absolutely love your purchase, we’ve got you covered!

• Active FentyBeauty.com account holders can enjoy free pre-paid returns within 30 days of purchase.

• If you are not an active account holder, you can still use our Returns Center, but please note the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• We are not responsible for items lost in transit, so we recommend keeping your tracking details handy.

To start your return, please visit our Returns Center.

Once your package reaches our warehouse:

1. It will be inspected and processed.

2. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

3. Refunds will be sent to your original form of payment and typically appear within 10 business days after we receive your return.

4. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges are not available at this time. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original order and place a new one.
